"In 2012, the team of Gitta Urbainczyk sold our home of 20 years. They were thoroughly professional, bringing multiple offers in a slow market, which increased our selling price in the end.

My wife and I were suffering from seller's fatigue, after 8 months on the market with no offers. Once that realtor's listing expired, we waited a couple months, then put our home back on the market listing instead with the Gitta Sells team at Keller Williams in Lake Mary. It's never easy being a seller in a buyers market, however Gitta and her team, including her husband Ernst and sons Patrick and Mark, were able to get us two contracts in just two months. Each of the buyers increased their initial offers, and we suddenly had a contract for sale with a 1 month closing.
